Before you message, a few things worth knowing
The answers to what most people ask us first.
Our service is free to buyers
We are paid a commission by the seller on completion. Nothing you ask us costs you anything, including the advice to walk away from a property. Note as well that Thai banks do not generally lend to foreign buyers, so most purchases here are funded in cash or financed from your home country. We would rather you knew that at the first message than the last.
You do not need to be on the island
We do video walkthroughs and send the unedited footage, including the parts that are not flattering. People do buy here remotely. We would still rather you came, because a video will not tell you what the access road is like in the rain.
We refer you to an independent lawyer
Not one on our payroll. Legal due diligence should be done by someone whose only client is you. We would rather a deal fall over during due diligence than after transfer.
Not every property is on the website
A good portion of what we handle never reaches the public site. If you do not see what you are after, tell us what it is and we will look. Tell us your budget, your timeline and what the property is for, and we will send a shortlist that actually fits.
Selling a property on Koh Samui?
