The rent is THB 80,000 per month. Long-term contracts on Koh Samui typically run twelve months, with two months deposit and one month in advance. Utilities are normally billed on top of the rent, at government rates where the property is connected to the government supply. Shorter terms are sometimes possible at a higher monthly rate. Rent covers the property itself. Expect to pay electricity and water on top, and to cover pool and garden servicing unless the listing states the owner retains it.
