Every client works directly with our founder. Listings state the title status, ownership structure, and practical constraints — the things that decide whether a purchase works out.
Buyers fall for a view, then find out afterwards about the 40% slope, the missing water line, the title grade that limits what they can build. We work the other way — we check the title, the access, the utilities before it’s listed.

We shortlist honestly
You get properties that fit, not everything we have. If your budget does not reach what you are describing, we will say so and show you what it does reach.
We show you the constraints
Slope, road access, water supply, electricity, title grade, noise, and what is approved to be built next door. All of it, before you make an offer.
We bring in independent people
We refer you to an independent lawyer one who works for you, not us. Better a deal falls over in due diligence than after transfer.
